01. Scope of Policy

LTR Intelligence ("we", "us") provides market intelligence services to business entities ("Clients"). This policy outlines how we handle data related to our Corporate Clients and Authorized Users.

Note: We do not collect Personal Identifiable Information (PII) from the social media data we analyze. All trend data is aggregated and anonymized at the source.

02. Data We Collect

  • Business Contact Information: Name, Corporate Email Address, Job Title, and Company Name provided during account registration.
  • Usage Data: Login timestamps, report download history, and dashboard interaction metrics for security and billing purposes.
  • Payment Data: Processed via third-party PCI-DSS compliant providers (Stripe/Adyen). We do not store credit card details.

03. Communications & Emails

By subscribing to LTR Intelligence, the Client agrees to receive the following categories of email communications essential to the service:

Transactional Alerts
Real-time notifications regarding specific market signals (e.g., "Viral Trend Alert").
Daily Digests
Automated PDF/CSV summaries of category performance sent at 08:00 local time.

Clients may manage category-specific subscriptions within their User Dashboard settings.

04. Data Retention & Rights

We retain business contact data for the duration of the Enterprise Agreement plus 12 months. Clients have the right to request data export or deletion under GDPR and CCPA.
