Enterprise Master Service Agreement

1. License Grant

LTR grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform and download Reports solely for internal business use (e.g., product development, merchandising planning).

2. Restrictions on Use

Client shall not:

• Resell, redistribute, or publish LTR data points to third parties or public forums.
• Use automated scripts (scraping) to extract data from the LTR dashboard.
• Share login credentials outside of the authorized Seat Count defined in the Order Form.

3. Automated Notifications

The Platform relies on email as a critical delivery vector for time-sensitive market intelligence. Client acknowledges that adding authorized users to the workspace constitutes consent for those users to receive high-frequency automated alerts.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

While LTR utilizes advanced AI for predictive modeling, we do not guarantee that consumer trends will materialize as predicted. All investment decisions made based on LTR data are the sole responsibility of the Client.
